Digital Goods & Services
Due to the nature of our digital services, including custom AI cinematic generation and educational course materials (such as the Avox Scale System), all sales are generally final. Once work has commenced or access to digital content has been granted, we cannot process a standard refund.
Exceptions
We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you encounter technical issues accessing our platforms or if a delivered asset significantly deviates from an agreed-upon project brief in a way that cannot be rectified by revisions, please contact us immediately.
